Brewery that Promised Free Beer if Trump Assassinated Probably Closing
Timothy Birdnow
No beer today. Hopefully never from YOU!
You may remember this creep had a standing offer of free beer if Trump should be assassinated or die of natural causes.
Go woke go broke jackass! Plenty of good beer around and we don't need your pisswater.

The Canadian Mouse that Roared
Timothy Birdnow
As you all know Comedian Prime Minister, er, CANADIAN Prime Minister Mark Carney (he's more a circus clown rather than a carney) is preparing for all out war with the United States, readying their Mounties for the War to End All Wars against the Great Satan to the South.
He is readying his troops, equipped with moose and brown bears. He's stockpiling important provisions, like hotcakes and donuts. Since firearms put out greenhouse gases he is instead arming his men, women, and xi with indigenous bows and arrows, and has a dance circle of natives to pray to the Great Spirit for victory. He has commissioned the building of electric powered tanks and is buying extremelly long extension cords. He has beaver building dams along major rivers to block American access to water resources. Why, he's even thinking about starting a campaign for Canadians to eat pork bellies so the Americans won't get bacon. (Now the Canadians just eat the hammy fat on the back which they call bacon.)
I am given to understand they are readying their crop duster twin propeller air force to drop fire-retardant on our forces.
Carney is getting SERIOUS!
Inspector Fenwick has Dudley Doorite ready for deployment and his girl Nell is prepared to give aid and comfort to their horses.
But the biggest weapon of all is laughter. Like
the killer joe, a weaponized comic bit deployed by the British on the BBC the laughter it provoked was deadly, and P.M. Carney, having lived as a banker in Britain for years, wants a Canadian version of it. He's hired the best researchers to try to produce a Canadian version of it but they have run into snags since they fear offending any particular group.
But this weapon need not be surgical; just the sight of the Canadians standing their ground will no doubt have the desired affect, and the Americans will drop like flies in heart-stopping fits of hilarity.
We had better take this threat seriously or we'll all be eating donuts and maple syrup in the not-too-distant future. And we'll be forced to say "eh" a lot and put lots of ooo's in our words. Oooh...and we'll always have to be polite or we'll be arrested and tortured with Canadian bacon and by the insufferable passive-aggressive psychological attacks on us.

The Tiny John Cornyn
Timothy Birdnow
Thank God this guy is now a private citizen:
From X:
Aaron Rupar
@atrupar
RAJU: So you're not planning to help Paxton fundraise at all?
CORNYN: That's correct
RAJU: Why?
CORNYN: This is the way majority parties become minority parties -- by nominating candidates that are less than appealing to a general election electorate
RAJU: Does he deserve to be a senator?
CORNYN: I'll let the voters decide that.
end
Voters already decided that in the primary and he can't accept it. Maybe he can get together with Thomas Massie and whatsherface Bobert. They should all have a fine time together.

Another Betrayal from SCOTUS
Timothy Birdnow
Oops they did it again!
Missouri
Supreme Court rejects a Trump-backed Missouri congressional map for the third time
This is going to sow chaos in the election since the state prepared for using the new map and now it's unclear how the old map will be implemented.
In times past I quoted the pertinent passage about a referendum on the map; by the state constitution it is illegal for the public to vote on redistricting. It couldn't be plainer.
SCOTUS let the Missouri Supreme Court decision stand ordering a return to the old map "to avoid electoral chaos" when the chaos will come from using the old map now that the primaries have been run using the new.
It's a bullshit argument but the cowards at SCOTUS didn't want to be seen as being partisan and so to protect their "dignity" they deferred to the state court.
They did this on the theory that the public would get to vote on the redistricting.
But it is completely illegal to vote on redistricting.
(i) No redistricting plan shall be subject to the referendum.
fin
How can that be any plainer? I don't know what justification the Missouri Supreme Court used but it's unacceptably bad legal reasoning. SCOTUS just went along with it without actually thinking about it because they fear a political backlash.
And when I speak of cowards you know who I mean - the three Trump appointees and John Roberts.
The ruling was unsigned so these creeps could hide.
The Eighth Circuit Court of Apppeals had reversed a lower court ruling, allowing the new map to go forward PRECISELY BECAUSE it would sow chaos to go back to the old at this late date.
Mail in ballots have already been coming in based on the new map, so SCOTUS just disenfranchised those voters.
FTA:
(Emmanuel) Cleaver was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Republican state Sen. Rick Brattin won a six-way Republican primary under the revised districts. They remain the candidates for the general election, even though the district boundaries have reverted to their prior lines.
Brattin was a plaintiff, along with Republican Rep. Bob Onder and two other voters, in a federal lawsuit that led to the 8th Circuit’s ruling and the last two appeals to the Supreme Court.
end
And 59% of the voters in Cleaver's new district were new, making it likely they are simply trashed votes, meaning the Democrats might actually win a Republican seat now as these votes are lost.
I don't know who recommended the triple dunces of Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Conehead Barret but I suspect it was the Heritage Foundation and boy did they screw up with these three stooges.
We desperately need Originalists on the Court. Sadly the last two left are both old and will retire or die soon, leaving us with the Four Dunskateers (when we include Roberts) as our champions. These four blow with the wind - the Four Horsemen of the Preposterous.
So there was an easy pickup the GOP just lost because of cowardice and legal maneuvering by the Court. I would add this Court ruled that you cannot create Congressional districts based solely on race, which is exactly what Cleaver's district was created to do.
We are dying from a lack of character. And we are dying from a lack of courage.
Jeremiah 19:7
Concerning Edom: This is what the LORD Almighty says: "Is there no longer wisdom in Teman? Has counsel perished from the prudent? Has their wisdom decayed?
Sounds like modern America, does it not?

Surprise! The Polls Tighten
Timothy Birdnow
Gee, whoda seen it coming?
This happens every election cycle - the polling companies create a fake lead to dispirit our side and encourage the Democrats, then the races suddenly tighten in the home stretch when the polling companies want to salvage their reputations and hopefully scare the Democrats into showing up.
Polls are largely worthless.
I would add the Democrats and Republicans both have good polls, not the political manipulations that the public sees, and the Democrats appear in a panic right now, going so far as to distancing themselves from the Democratic Socialists while the GOP is brimming with confidence. The polls we see show no reason for either.
Polls are nothing but a way to lead public opinion and not to reflect it.
Anyway the Liberal Cook Report actually moved a number of races from solidly Republican or Lean Republican into the Democrat camp and that is quite odd, but this is the final push and they need to disspirit the Republicans. Oh, and Rep. Salazar was one such; she is the Republican who told Trump he's angered her constituents by deporting illegals, and her constituents are quite wroth with her. Stupid dufus may have cost us a solid GOP seat.
But the point is this is par for the course and how the polls operate. Always there is a surge right before the election so the pollsters can justify themselves. I think Cook is making their final push before reversing a week before the election.
Frankly, these polls should be illegal. They are election-tampering and little more.
I remember the election of 2000 when Rush Limbaugh read the exit-polling results and called it for "Bush in a squeeker". He was followed by Charles Jaco who was furious at Rush for giving that information out before all the votes were in. But that is what the media does, not with the exit polls so much as with the polls prior to the election, which are nothing but projections, prophecies about how it will go. If Jacko had reason to be mad at Rush for this how could he or anyone else think it o.k. to spout off about what the public thinks based on telephone surveys prior to the election?
Unlike Jaco Rush never claimed to be an objective journalist but rather a partisan commentator.
Aat any rate don't get caught up in the back and forth of polling; it's all political theater designed to manipulate the public.

Where Have All the Anti-Ice Protests Gone?
Timothy Birdnow
Hmmm...
The author attributes this to changes in ICE policy, such as not using fixed bases in cities and the like.
No, it's because this is STILL a big issue with Americans who want these aliens deported, and the powers that be in the Democratic Party and the organizations promoting the conflict are making an operational pause - dropping the radical pose to achiege radical ends. Right now they need relative quiet to get the crazies they have running for Congress elected. They can't have rioting and all the rest on the leadup to this election where so many lunatic fringe candidates are running; the public might actually start looking at who these people are. They can ill-afford that; they need the public focused on kitchen table issues. Out of sight out of mind.
This stuff will come back after the election. I don't care how much ICE changes tactics.
BTW 50,000 a month is peanuts next to the number of illegal aliens here and the aliens know it, which is why they aren't self-deporting. If they KNEW they were going to get caught and kicked out of the country they'd make plans to leave. But think - at this level we'll kick just six hundred thousand out in a year. That's only 1.2 million by the time Trump leaves office - a drop in the bucket.
We need to ramp this up by at least a factor of four.
The Left knows it too which is why they are trying to make this issue go away for now.
We need to start thinking far more strategically. Too many of us swallow the easy answers.

Is Sweet Caroline Really that Bad?
Timothy Birdnow
[linj=https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2026/09/exiling-sweet-caroline/]Here is an essay in American Thinker complaining about the singing of "Sweet Caroline" at sporting events.
After going on a rant about loud speakers and the filling of sporting events with an endless drone of music and speech designed to gin up the crowd, the author zeroes in on the singing of Sweet Caroline, which he sees as antiquated, insipid, and an affront.
He wants something new.
How well would that work out? What rap music or techno-poo or Taylor Swift stule pop will they replace it with?
While I do not know why Sweet Caroline caught on as a sports anthem, I do know it was largely spontaneous and it's apparently something the public cherishes.
And the reason for that I believe is tradition. Think Fiddler on the Roof "TRADITION!" Sweet Caroline IS a simple song - and an old one. Old men can sing along with the young girls with it. It's old enough to breach the generation gap, but young enough to not be past it's expiration date (imagine doing a Cole Porter song at a sporting event now.) But more importantly is it appeals to times past, making the sport have a kind of continuity. Rules change in sports, and so do players and coaches. But some things remain firm, and this helps keep the sport grounded in the past. Continuity. We are admitting we share things in common, for the three hours or so of a football game we aren't at each-other's throats so much (well, we are with fans from the other side, but even then THEY are singing along too). It's an acknowledgement of the fact that the game is bigger than are we, that it is something that passed down from those who came before us. It gives gravitas to what is essentially a kid's game.
So while I'm not saying this may be the best choice of songs (it lacks the glory, the pride and determination of a good fight song, certainly) it's a song the public came to demand. A reminder of a simpler age.
So I don't really get the guy's complaint, except that he doesn't like it, thinks it's a sappy song. He misses the big picture.
I wish America would do more things to remember our past. The new and improved is generally a rehash of failed bad ideas and usually simply trash. Take Rap music; they started it in the early seventies and nobody listened to it because it wasn't really music at all. But the record companies pushed and pushed and eventually young kids started listening to it. I remember the first time I realized it was catching on; I was in a park and some white teenager drove through with rap blaring on his jeep stereo. My buddies and I were stunned; you sometimes heard that from black kids but never from whites.
At any rate Rap has thankfully slunk back into the swamp from which it emerged to a degree (although it's still out there) but it's just old enough now that I can see them replacing Sweet Caroline with something from, say, Nellie (and I don't mean "wait till the sun shines Nellie...) I'm sure they play some of that crap at games now, but it's not something the public really wants. And that might even be better than some of the ridiculous music being promoted these days.
This also bespeaks of a civilization in decline. As a society we cannot make decent music any longer, nor any great art. It's nothing but insipid pop, be it in painting, in sculpture, in poetry or literature or music, we are making crap these days and everyone rather knows it. There is no ccreativity anymore. Movies are nothing but remakes or reimaginings. Robert Maplethorpe is our version of Rembrant. Shouting "bitch" and "ho" is our idea of Strauss. We've gone from Paradise Lost to free verse poetry about going to gay bathhouses. We are in a terrible cultural vacuum.
So Neil Diamond may be a simple and even a bit saccharine, but he's at least honest and somewhat creative. We certainly could do far worse.
I am surprised they didn't swap out Caroline for Eric Clapton's Lola, frankly, given the modern sentiments.
Be careful what you wish for - you might get it.

New Treaty Same as the Old Treaty?
Timothy Birdnow
This article in American Thinker is by a retired diplomat who says the new Greenland deal is no better than the old; we did not get the right to expand our bases, to build new ones, to take unilateral action without the express consent of the Danes and Greenlanders.
That was the whole point of negotiating a new treaty.
If this is true the Great Negotiator got taken. Or he needed to move this off his plate and so maintained the status quo.
I would love to hear how the Administration would justify this. I don't see Trump making a bad deal; he already had one. I suspect there is another reason for this.
In 2004 the old deal was updated and it gave veto power to the Danes for any actions we took in Greenland. THAT was the whole reason for a need for an update.
This agreement also encourages NATO to build bases there as well. We need NATO about as much as we need a cranial bore hole these days; they are going to drag us into war with Russia. And do we really believe NATO will do anything at all to help anyone but the Europeans? They've proved they aren't our friends and in fact are erstwhile allies.
So either there is something this author and I are not seeing or we made a bad deal. Trup will tout this as a success for political reasons (since Congress has none of their own) but it seems to me we just rearranged the deckchairs on the Titanic.
And the Titanic it is too with the Chicoms sniffing about the Arctic. Their policy has long been control of rare earth elements and Greenland has a lot of them. We need control of those elements, need to keep China out. China is not an Arctic Ocean state after all - they need to stick with the Pacific Rim.
We needed an updated treaty. We needed absolute authority over the defense of the island.
I haven't read the treaty so have to rely on others. I hope Trump outsmarted the Danes here and that there is something in this that makes it all worthwhile. We will have to wait and see.

Trump needs a victory even if its a shallow victory to keep people from seeing an economy thats showing signs of slowing down. A real victory for Trump is going on in Venezuela where the people have had enough and in the 10s of thousands taking to the street. Power outages that are lasting 16 hrs a day have got people off their butts and into the street. Reuters is the only news outlet covering this. I wonder why not. Another communist state on the verge of collapse looks bad to commie wannabes.

Hostin Lied
Dana Mathewson
Oops! The Sunny Hostin story was, er, backward. She lied (I know.... hard to believe!)
Dana lifted this from Wikipedia: "In September 2026, Hostin claimed that she was the holdout juror in the 1991 trial of Daniel Rakowitz, known as the "Butcher of Tompkins Square Park." Hostin stated that she successfully persuaded the jury to acquit Rakowitz by reason of insanity, a decision that prevented a guilty verdict and kept him out of prison.[32] Additionally, Hostin was quoted in The New York Times in February 1991: "We don't think [Rakowitz] intended to kill [Beerle]. But once he did, he dismembered her body in an effort to commit the perfect crime.[33]"

Al Pacino was in a movie called Simone in which he had his star quit at a critical time and with the help of a computer guy created a CGI actress who became a huge star (nobody knew she wasn't real). Makes me think of that Mike. It's a good idea to replaced the View gals with AI; it would at least be logical.

A Win for Voter Integrity
This from John F. DiLeo
Good news from the supreme court; bad news from the press.
Today, in a 6-3 ruling (you know who), SCOTUS supported the right of the federal government to require citizenship verification of mail-in ballots. And of course the press is misreporting it, with as much spin as a basketball on the forefinger of a Harlem Globetrotter.
In a nutshell: There are countless thousands of varieties of ballots in any national election, because every household, every precinct, belongs in different jurisdictions. You have to not only prove that you're a citizen, but also that you're over 18, and in some states a non-felon, and that you live in the right neighborhood not just for any ballot, but for this particular one.
The Democrats' goal - especially since stealing Georgia in 2020 by getting thousands of people all over the country to "register" from friends' houses, businesses, PO boxes, and dorms in Georgia - is to use the mail to avoid the key step that takes place in in-person voting: the personal verification that you're in the right place for THIS ballot.
It's not just about you having the right to vote, it's about you having the right to vote for THIS state rep race and THIS congressional race and THIS county board race.
Dems are notorious for moving people around from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, to get enough people over to where they can swing an election. It's how they won Barack Obama's first primary in Iowa, for example, with busloads of Wisconsin and Illinois students.
By switching people to the US Mail, they want to stop ANY form of verification. No human sees that ballot.
The Trump administration is trying to do whatever they legally can do, to reduce the fraud by this method.
And SCOTUS has confirmed that yes, if someone wants to use the US mail to bypass the pollworkers at his local polling place, it makes sense for the federal government to do what it can to make sure that some verification occurs.
This is NOT in contradiction to the US Constitution. On the contrary, it's in full support of the Constitution.
Our nation is built on elections.
For the intent of our Framers to be met, these elections should be as tightly engineered as possible, to ensure that only legal voters vote, and that they only vote in the correct jurisdictions for their residence.
This move by the Post Office will not prevent all fraud. But it will prevent some fraud. And yes, this process is absolutely legal.

Soros Packing Lower Courts
Timothy Birdnow
Here is how George Soros is packing lower courts with leftists who will move up the ladder and eventually take top judicial positions over time.
This is Soros' latest plot to screw America and turn her into a socialist state.
Soros famously ran his Prosecuting Attorney's Project to infiltrate prosecutor's offices. That project came to fruition with Letitia James and whatsherface down in Georgia, both of whom went after Donald Trump.
He's now going after lower courts.

Judge Restores Fake News Media
Timothy Birdnow
Whoda seen it coming?
The White House should never, ever call on any of their reporters and if they try to shout down another reporter they should be removed from the proceedings.
Trump knew this would happen. I am puzzled by his endgame here.
Yes, it is probably a red herring designed to manipulate the news media, to get them all a-lather about his "tyrannical" administrative approach. Trump is a master of that, manipulating the media with some tempest in a teapot. But why is he doing it, and why now?
He's definitely trying to distract them. From what I am unclear.

Misplaced Confidence
Timothy Birdnow
I wish this were true but I fear this is wishful thinking.
The upshot here is that while the courts have stopped things like barcoding ballots and keeping a database of eligible voters is gone this cycle (paused but not yet fully adjudicated) the DoJ has promised to prosecute those who willfully violate election law to the fullest extent of the law and that will make many, if not most, of them afraid to do it.
Poppycock! They know if the Democrats win power in November none of that will matter as the new Congress will go after the DOJ, after their prosecutors, and after Trump. And even if they do get nailed and go to prison the Democratic Party will take care of them. How much time will they get if they are sentenced under a Democrat-appointed judge? Six months maybe knocked down to maybe six weeks for "good behavior" after which they will have a nice new job waiting for them.
Stopping the ballot stuffers is important but it is perhaps more important stopping the illegal ballots, and that is what the courts have made impossible.
I fear SCOTUS may have cost us America. I think this is that important.
I hope and pray I am wrong and this political theater we see where they tell us the Democrats are ahead, this pro-wrestling style political show, is just that and in the end America outvotes the Demo-left, but it is not at all sure. We outvoted them in 2020 and it didn't matter. And the special elections have almost all gone to the Democrats, who are better at getting out the vote and even better at making up the vote. They are going to pull out all the stops soon.
Confidence is fine but I fear misplaced in this instance. The Democrats are professional cheaters and know how to do it. We are amateur detectives, a gaggle of Maxwell Smarts, only not as lucky. Pros always beat amateurs except when it's women playing boys teams.

Why is Indonesia’s government trying to censor my 'great replacement' speech?
Selwyn Duke
Here’s a point to ponder: Why would the Indonesian government want to censor speech about the Great Replacement of Western peoples via suicidal (im)migration policies?
Because it apparently does, and I should know — the Jakarta regime just targeted my content.
I log on to my computer Monday morning and, as usual, check my email.
Lo and behold, there’s a message from X’s legal department (twitter-legal@x.com). They’re notifying me that they’d received a complaint that some of my content violated "the law(s) of Indonesia.” They state that the complaint was filed by Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital RI.
So I look that up and learn it’s Indonesia’s national Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs — "RI” means Republik Indonesia.
I then think, "O.K., what did I post about Indonesia or its officials?” Some countries do, after all, have laws against criticizing their leaders.
I couldn’t think of anything and, in fact, it turns out that my "transgression” was something completely different.
X provided a link to the targeted content (below).
Now, why would Indonesia’s communications ministry care about that?
The post I was responding to (below) concerned campaign-finance allegations against British politician Nigel Farage, head of nationalist political party Reform UK. Reform is strongly interested in curtailing third world immigration; hence my comment above.

@Verbatim_Media
BREAKING: Nigel Farage & Reform exposed
We went undercover for a year to investigate illicit foreign donations. To watch the full 35-minute investigation follow link in bio.
So I’m still not seeing the Indonesian angle.
Someone close to me theorized that perhaps Britain has a large Indonesian population.
But, no; I researched it and learned that the nationality’s U.K. numbers are negligible.
Well, then, what gives? Is Indonesia planning on sending hordes Britain’s way? Is there a Muslim connection? After all, great controversy surrounds Islamic influence in the U.K., and Indonesia has the world’s largest Muslim population (ahead of Pakistan and India).
Are many third world countries simply bent on perpetuating the Great Replacement?
Does Indonesia just consider my statement a hateful sentiment? (In reality, my comment is relatively anodyne insofar as such subject matter goes.)
Or is it merely that someone at the communications ministry stumbled upon my post and was having a bad hair day?
Regardless, this illustrates how globalist, immigrationist forces — which would slap an iron muzzle on anyone daring to speak truth — are on the march worldwide. Note that virtually the entire planet has "hate speech” laws or some restrictions on substantive expression. These United States, with their First Amendment protections, are quite unique — and perhaps endangered.
Anyway, I guess I won’t be taking any Indonesian vacations anytime soon. I might learn upon disembarking from the plane that the government had some free accommodations planned for me that I didn’t bank on.
But tell me: Do you have any theories regarding why Indonesia would want to suppress voices opposing the Great Replacement? It’s most curious, indeed.

The author argues that Zelensky, using the spiffy new drones he has been able to acquire thanks to all the Western aid, has upset the war of attrition plan of Putin and has started going after oil refineries. Particularly the diesel situation is critical; Russia is the second largest exporter of diesel behind the United States and now the Russians are keeping it all for home use. If the U.S.
follows suit the European will be desperate.
He then chronicles all the war preparations that have been ongoing in European countries. This despite the fact Putin has said he isn't going to attack any European country and, more importantly, he CAN'T unless he unleashes his nuclear arsenal. So why the buildup now?
Here is the author's theory - makes sense to meL!
Europe has been the primary target of a decade long cultural replacement operation. Mass immigration has been utilized to undermine the stability of economic and social structures. For years I have been warning that these third world migrants are being imported as a mercenary army to control the locals and prevent rebellion against future leftist agendas.
We are already seeing confirmation of this in the UK, where migrants are being integrated into police forces to subdue conservative protesters.
The thing is, this invasion plan has sparked an enormous counter-movement of European patriots in countries like Britain and Germany. Anti-immigration and conservative parties like Restore in the UK and the AFD in Germany are seeing wild success in membership and elections. Meaning, time for leftists/globalists is running out and they need to do something quick before they lose direct governmental power.
A world war sure would come in handy, right? All kinds of restrictions on the populace can be put in place, along with a perfect excuse to delay or eliminate normal elections. Would the progressives actually go that far just to prevent conservatives from taking government? We all know that they would.
So, we have two running clocks that did not exist at the beginning of the Ukraine war: We have a diesel shortage clock, specifically for the Europeans. And, we have an avalanche of conservative movements with major elections happening from 2026 through 2029.
My concern is that the leftists are about to go for broke in an effort to keep power. I don’t think they’re crazy enough to want a nuclear war, and perhaps the Russians want to avoid this as well. If that’s the case, then the result would be a large multi-region conflict that MIGHT turn nuclear if either side feels like they are losing. The main goal of the EU elites at that stage would be to lure the US into the fray.
That is entirely in the character of the elites. Look at Covid and how they weaponized that - up to and including killing millions of people. Most of the Covid protocols was to entrench their power.
Any way you look at this it's bad. Putin will never give in and Putin cannot afford to lose. There is the irresistible force meeting the immovable object. The Europeans rely on Russian oil and gas and diesel and they can't do without it. It's not just don't want to do without, they can't; they became dependent on it when they went into the green energy thing. And they have been using Ukraine as a weapon to drive Russia into the Western orbit, into joining the New World Order, their banking system and trade and "rules based order" system of things. Russia has sought to lead her own system for some time.
In point of fact the rise of Putin is directly related to this desire to stay out of the New World Order. George Soros, that creepy Jewish Nazi collaborator, came into Russia during the waning days of Boris Yeltsin and crashed the Russian economy, shorting their central bank and causing a collapse. The public was mad an American-based foreigner could come in and wreck their economy, draining all of their pensions and whatnot. Putin came in on a Russia First promise, and he has tried to keep that. (Yes, he is evil, a murderer and thug, but he is an HONEST murderer and thug.)
Well, the people with the gigantic brains (the World Elites) were not going to have that! So they got the U.S. to move Nato right up to Russia's border in violation of a verbal agreement and they overthrew the pro-Russian president of Ukraine to snatch what had traditionally been more of a province of Russia than an independent country away from the Russians. Didn't help that the U.S. built a bunch of biological weapons labs there. Then basically we helped Zelensky come to power and he's de-Russified the country, kicking the Orthodox Church out, banning the use of Russian in governments in the Russian-speaking east, cancelling elections, controlling news media and arresting any media that gave him bad press, etc.
At any rate the Ukrainian government is no better than Putin's (and no worse) but the Europeans climbed in bed with it. So did many Americans, notably the Clintons, who had a cozy relationship. So did Biden and his kin. So did many other Democrats. Ukraine was a GREAT place to launder money. It's been one of the cornerstones of the Democratic political machine; taking illegal campaign money by laundering it through the Ukraine.
Now the European elites want open war with the nation with the largest and most modern nuclear arsenal in the world. And, with the iron-clad NATO alliance, they will force the United States into this war along-side them.
I think now might be a good time to exit NATO. Oh, and kick the U.N. out of the United States as well.

I think it's been always time to kick the UN out of the US. I just hope that when we do it, we can collect all the money owed for parking tickets. Question: will we let them decide where they're gonna relocate to, or will we just send them to wherever we want them to go? Naturally I'm in favor of the latter. Maybe send 'em to Somalia?

I'd like to send them to the Antarctic - we'll see how long they promote green energy and complain about planetary warming then!

The Snows of Maxwell Montes
Timothy Birdnow
Like I've BEEN saying! The unique character of the Venusian atmosphere explains why it is so hot, not the carbon dioxide levels. Mars, which also has a carbon-dioxide atmosphere, is bitterly cold, colder than it should be.
Newly published research identifies convective heat transfer and the consequent lapse rate, and not radiation, CO2 concentration, or the so-called greenhouse effect, as the predominant mechanisms warming Earth from its effective radiating temperature, ~255 K, to ~288 K.
Proponents of the anthropogenic global warming (AGW) narrative necessarily believe (1) CO2 is the Earth’s temperature "control knob,” (2) longwave (LW) radiation from greenhouse gases like CO2 and water vapor is what keeps the Earth’s surface ~33 K warmer than it would otherwise be in an imaginary world with no CO2 or water vapor.
This thought-experiment-based position relies on the presumption that LW radiation is the main heat transfer mechanism in the Earth’s lower atmosphere, or troposphere. It is not.
Convection, not radiation, dominates heat transfer near the surface. And convection sets the lapse rate, which means that as the density of the atmosphere falls the temperature drops 6.5°C for every km of altitude above the surface. This is why the snow-covered summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro is, for example, about -29°C colder than its base.
"The warming (from ~255 K to ~288 K) is a necessary consequence of the lapse rate, which in turn appears because of convection. Indeed, there would not be a lapse rate without convection.”
"Because the dominant mechanisms operating in the atmosphere are in several respects opposite to that of a greenhouse, the traditional label ‘greenhouse effect’ is arguably inaccurate. … he expression ‘anti-greenhouse effect’ would be more accurate in describing the behavior of the atmosphere, namely the fact that the convection establishes a lapse rate and thereby a surface temperature above the column-mean temperature, while a greenhouse warms mainly by suppressing convection.”
Not only that, but the variations in LW radiation (attributed to variations in CO2 and water vapor) cannot explain either the lapse rate nor the temperature. Instead, it is the temperature variation that determines the variation in LW radiation, and not the other way around.
"The temperature variation full explains and predicts the variation in the LW radiation.”
"The small changes in the lapse rate cannot be attributed to changes in any component related to radiation. … he lapse rate is invariant with respect to changes in LW radiation.”
Over the tallest mountain range on Venus, Maxwell Montes, the atmospheric pressure drops from around 92 bars to roughly 45 bars, and the temperature consequently drops about 82°C compared to the average Venus surface temperature. So convection and lapse rate, not CO2 or radiation, dominate heat transfer in the Venus atmosphere too.

Carbon Ratio is NOT Smoking Gun for Human Emissions
Timothy Birdnow
One of the Global Warmist's strongest arguments for the rise in atmospheric carbon dioxide is the fact that lighter-carbon isotopes are what is rising in the Earth's atmosphere. If the rising carbon were from volcanic emissions, the argument goes, it would see heavier isotope - carbon 13 - in higher proportions. That the main gas rising in the atmosphere is carbon 12 rich they say "see!" and say this is the smoking gun that proves it is entirely man-made and not natural (since both wood and coal and petrochemicals are all rich in C12 and lacking in the heavier isotopes.)
Well, here are two papers that disprove that hypothesis.
This first argues rising temperatures causes greater outgasing from plants, and that is rich in c12.
August 2024
The abstract states:
The impact of certain factors on the changes in atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO₂) concentrations has yet to be elucidated. In particular, the impacts of sea surface temperature (SST) on the balance of CO₂ emissions and absorption in the atmosphere and the human use of fossil fuels have not been rigorously compared. In this study, the impact of each factor was examined using multivariate analysis. Publicly available data from prominent climate research and energy-related organizations were used. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed using the annual changes in atmospheric CO₂ levels for each year as the objective variable. The SST and human emissions for each year were the explanatory factors. After 1959, the model using the SST derived from NASA best represented the annual CO₂ increase (regression coefficient B = 2.406, P < 0.0002, model R² = 0.663, P < 7e-15). However, human emissions were not a determining factor in any of the regression models. Furthermore, the atmospheric CO₂ concentration predicted, using the regression equation obtained for the SST derived from UK-HADLEY centre after 1960, showed an extremely high correlation with the actual CO₂ concentration (Pearson correlation coefficient r = 0.9995, P < 3e-92). The difference was 1.45 ppm in 2022. In conclusion, this study is the first to use multiple regression analysis to demonstrate that the independent determinant of the annual increase in atmospheric CO₂ concentration was SST, which showed strong predictive ability. However, human CO₂ emissions were irrelevant. This result indicates that atmospheric CO₂ has fluctuated as natural phenomenon, regardless of human activity.

Abstract
Recent studies have provided evidence, based on analyses of instrumental measurements of the last seven decades, for a unidirectional, potentially causal link between temperature as the cause and carbon dioxide concentration ([CO2]) as the effect. In the most recent study, this finding was supported by analysing the carbon cycle and showing that the natural [CO2] changes due to temperature rise are far larger (by a factor > 3) than human emissions, while the latter are no larger than 4% of the total. Here, we provide additional support for these findings by examining the signatures of the stable carbon isotopes, 12 and 13. Examining isotopic data in four important observation sites, we show that the standard metric δ13C is consistent with an input isotopic signature that is stable over the entire period of observations (>40 years), i.e., not affected by increases in human CO2 emissions. In addition, proxy data covering the period after 1500 AD also show stable behaviour. These findings confirm the major role of the biosphere in the carbon cycle and a non-discernible signature of humans.
In fact new research shows that carbon 13 has in fact been increasing in the atmosphere along with carbon 12 and that puts the lie to the claim that there is the smoking gun, the fingerprint, the Gang Green has been so desperate to find.
